I've been using this well over 6 months now. I ordered 3 because I was skeptical about durability. I must admit 2 of the pieces haven't even been opened. the bit is still in great condition and is easily cleaned if grinding wet nail. I recommend this to the bargain shoppers worth it.

Got this tool to trim my dogs nails. After clipping, the nails had ragged edges. The grinding attachment is perfect for rounding off the dog nails. It can be used to trim the nails without clipping first if desired. I was pleased to see all the additional attachments....so useful and compact. Comes with a nice little case....there is even room in the case for my clippers. I was worried that I would have to charge it everytime, but no....I can trim all my dogs nails 4 times before having to recharge.

At fist I was skeptical about this mainly because there weren't many reviews on this.
I am a dog bather and have used this the last two days on small and big dogs. It smooths out the nails amazingly well! The shape of this also really makes it SO easy to get the "hook" of the nail. And because of the shape of this tool, I find that I am not contorting myself to get the angle I need to smooth out any sharp parts of the nails. AMAZING stuff. Now I just need to see how long this will last me compared to the cheap sandpaper ones that I replace about once every other week. So far, so good!!!
*** 5 month update: still a dog bather and I have been using this for 5 months now and it still grinds nails as if I bought it yesterday! There are no smooth or worn out areas at all! Definitely worth every penny.
