There is a big tree in front of my house, I need the leaf blower all the time. This leaf blower helps me to save time and save work. The blower is lightweight and easy to use. My ten years old son also can operate it to get the allowance. The power is super great for blowing leaves and yard waste. The battery has lasted very long enough to handle my long driveway and big back yard couple of times. However, I am not sure when to charge the battery again, it is perfect to come with extra battery as a backup.

Ordered this blower in May of 2021 ... blew off my patio, blew out my garage ... a couple times. Then, in December - eight months after purchase, needed to use it again - topped off the charge in the battery, put it back on the blower, and the blower would only give me a "rummmm ..... rummmm ... rummmm". Checked the output voltage of the charger - normal; checked the battery voltage - normal. Sent an e-mail to the vendor thru Amazon, expecting a reply in a couple days - got an answer back in a matter of a few hours, asking what they could do to fix the problem. I explained my "diagnostics", and that apparently the motor unit was defective - got a reply right back asking for name/address details, and that the would send a motor unit (only - no battery/charger/tubes) and I could expect that in three to seven days. Lo and behold ... two days later, the new motor unit was sitting on my front patio! Snapped the battery on, and all was well - did some extensive blowing the next day, and all was great! Nice to see customer service like this!

This blower is more than adequate for removing leaves and debris from hard surfaces. This is why I bought it. For more complicated tasks, I think a more powerful blower would be needed and that would cost a lot more. But I expected it to last for a few years, which it did not. In fact, it stopped working three weeks after the one-year warranty expired, so I thought that I would have to buy another one. However, I contacted their customer service and explained to them what this issue was in hopes that there might be the possibility of a remedy despite the expired warranty. To my surprise, they offered to look into my concerns and asked for my proof of purchase. Then they told me that they will send me a new blower, though I did not expect this. So, needless to say, I was exceptionally pleased with this offer. The new blower arrived at our house two days later. You won't often get such great customer service. After all, they were under no obligation to replace the blower after the warranty had run out. But they stood behind their product. FIVE STARS for this.

I am very pleased with the performance of my new BHY 21V Leaf Blower. I like to fly radio controlled model airplanes. I purchased the BHY leaf blower to blow the sand, gravel, and other F.O.D., off the 350' paved runway of our model airplane field. I am pleased to report that the blower was more than sufficient to accomplish this mission. At full power, both the battery that came with the blower, along with the second battery that I purchased, lasted for a combined total of about 40 minutes, which allowed me adequate time to sweep the runway clean of debris. After completing the job, I was amazed to discover that even after having operated the blower at full throttle until the batteries were fully depleted, both the blower motor, and the batteries, remained cool to the touch, and did not become hot. The compact size of the blower, along with the detachable two piece nozzle, allows the unit to store easily underneath the rear seat of my SUV. The construction of the blower, and its power system, is very similar to one of my EDF (electric ducted fan) model jets, having a variable electronic speed controller, a twelve blade fan, and a brushless electric motor. You could almost buy two of them, strap one under each wing, and go flying!
