I bought this toaster because I liked the way it looked and the price was reasonable but I had no idea that I'd be getting the best toaster I'd ever owned. It's sleek and uncomplicated. I pulled out the small directions manual to glance through what it can do and was surprised to find how much time I was going to save by not having to defrost bread before toasting and how easily I could reheat things. My boyfriends daughter and I had fun playing around with it and testing the different browning levels (I'm a 3. She's a 2) It's absolutely perfect. I know how stupid that sounds to say about a toaster but it's true. I had no idea how much I could love a toaster. There's a lightweight tray that easily slides out to discard any crumbs that drop and the one long slot is perfect for either two pieces of toast or one long piece of artisan bread. I want to toast bread all the time. Best purchase I've made recently and definitely makes me want to buy more appliances by Mueller.

I bought this toaster to replace an old one of similar slot size that had cracks everywhere in the plastic exterior. I need it to toast artisanal bread that's in a big round loaf-I hate cutting the long slices in half. A toaster with an elongated slot was hard to find and I was thrilled to find this one, which works perfectly. It's also a wide slot which fits bagels. I love the brushed stainless steel exterior which I attach my toast tongs to using a magnet"”no plastic!
The electronic controls mean no nobs to clean around. It's sleek, sturdy, works well and was a very good value. It has worked flawlessly for the 9 months since I got it.

We had a pretty basic toaster for 7 years. It worked. It was mechanical. It required a couple of goes at the bread to get even toasting.

I got fed up of the moaning about that...

So we bought this one. Out of the box we did the setup ( a few no bread tests ) and then bam, thick piece of bread in (as it takes a good size of bread and bing (at 2 setting) a slightly toasted slice. We now have it at 3 which is what we all like (light golden brown).

Kids use it every day. My daughter make garlic bread by toasting then spreading garlic butter. We've put burger buns, normal sliced bread, gluten free bread and bagels in it. All are good and a nice even toast.

I love the versatility of this toaster! I use my counter space year round for cooking by season. Why do I mention this first"¦ because this toaster can go next to a side wall or next to the back splash and takes up very little space. Winter/spring is against backsplash wall, summer/fall is next to side wall. Previous to getting this toaster, I would put the other style toasters under the counter. Not only are the other toasters bulky, other toasters typically aren't very attractive lol. Honestly, if anything ever happens to this toaster, I would get the same exact one again! It is easy to get the crumbs out too. Stays clean. I just did a test"¦ touch, no finger print, touch, no finger print, touch, guess what, no finger print lol. From day one, I have never put a cleaning chemical of any sort on it. And it still looks the same as when I bought it :) I've honesty only ever used the toast function. I use 2 for bagels, 3 for english muffins and bread for toast. 3 for toaster strudels, but often I press the cancel button prior to a full 3 because they smell so good hahaha. I love that the handle is flat, call me silly but I like that my fingers don't try to slide off like the other toasters with rounded handle lol. I am over 50 and love bagels and anything bread, so I use my toaster daily (like every single day hahaha). I cannot think of a brand of toaster I have not had. This one is my favorite (ever) :)

I needed a slim toaster to replace my old one so I decided to try this one. Fits perfectly in the space of the previous toaster. Lots of room for two slices. My store bought bread fits completely into the slot (unlike an earlier post I saw). I like that this one has a crumb try, unlike my old toaster, However - be aware that the toaster comes set to 6 - highest level - and that first slice will come out very dark (some would say burnt). It also has the down lever on the right rather than left as my old one. We can probably adjust. It also does not brown on only one side as my old toaster (a nice option for bagels) but again we will adjust. Bottom line, good product. Just be sure to read the small manual that comes with it for additional info.
