Can eat cold and it has everything needed to eat. I use them on road trips because I don't need to refrigerate or heat. I keep them stocked up at work too for a quick bite. The flavors are wonderful. Nice little packet that is added to bowl.

I did not have high hopes. It looks a bit like cat food... however, It's actually quite good and, while a small amount of food .... it's remarkably filling. This replaces a lunch for me and I'm good.
