We tried three or four different brands which claimed to be 2x but didn't fit comfortably. Very happy to find these. They are a little roomier than other 2x but he finds them more comfortable. If he has to wear pull ups, he should at least be comfortable

I have recently progressed from old to ancient. Prostate problems have made it necessary that I wear these damn things. This my first package and I've never tried another brand so I can't compare. These hold a really large volume and work well during the day. They don't work as well overnight because they leak out the legs if you are laying on your side. It's really a pain when your plumbing gets old!
