These are good steak knives. The full tang is nice and the wood handles are quite nice for this price point. I chose 4-stars because the top/back of the blade is square and as machine sharp as the blade. Users that place their index fingers atop the back of the blade may be prone to injury. If they dulled/rounded the edges, these knives would be near perfect for the price point.

This come pretty darn sharp and hold it after many uses and washes. I would recommend hand washing and drying instead of the dish washer to avoid the rust marks that can sometimes form.
