Fun toys, but not super durable

Hammer got broken fairly quickly, right where the head and handle meet. I've repaired it with a dowel and gorilla glue.
The drill is the best part of this kit, and my little boy loved it, until the battery compartment door fell off and will not stay on anymore (the little screw hole part is broken off). Batteries fall out if the door is not secured well (and he will pull tape off), so he doesn't really play with that anymore. He wants it to make the drill noise.
Other than those issues, this kit is fine. It's fun to watch my boy pretend to "fix" things around the house, because he's seen me use similar tools.
Also note that there are small parts (plastic nuts that go onto the screws) that small children may put in their mouths. But you know your children, and what they're tendencies are.

My granddaughter loves it! The drill actually works. For the money, it was a good gift. It has lots of pieces. Keep in mind, it is just plastic. Probably won't last very long, but then she isn't going to be little for very long!
