My husband and I were recommended these vitamins and they helped a lot. I ended up getting pregnant. We bought them again to be able to get pregnant a second time and this time they smell HORRIBLE they didn't have a smell the first time around. I thought it could be the batch so I bought a second bottle but those smell too! My husband and I nearly vomit every time we open them. Does anyone else have this problem should I just return and get a new batch?

We were told we need IVF to get pregnant. We have been trying for some time with no success. However, we used this product and did the following. You too can do it:
1. Take Fertilaid for men or Conception Men brand as recommended for 3 months. I took one capsule of each per day because they have different good components. These will regulate your testosterone and increase sperm count and health.
But Don't over do it. One pill of each was more than enough for me.
- women should take prenatal vitamins, or the women version of fertilaid.
2. Men should Eat a cupful of Cashew, walnuts, almonds every day. Studies show they increase sperm count and health.
3. I also had a serving bottle of protein shake each day. (Slimfast or Ensure).
4. Sleep well at night. & Try to walk during the day
5. Strictly Avoid Smoking cigarettes or vaping nicotine or THC products as they harm and weaken the sperm cells. Alcohol is forbidden (Men and women).
6. Track period with premom app, and test with premom LH strips (sold on amazon) to know when is the ovulation.
7. Intercourse every other day starting a week before ovulation, the day of ovulation, the morning after ovulation.
8. This is VERY IMPORTANT STEP. Use menstrual Discs to deposit sperm in them [we used a brand called "Softdisc Feminine Protection Cups"] husband gotta do manual work here to deposit the sperms in the discs, then disc should be placed up at the cervix by wife ON OVULATION DAY (for a few hours ONLY). This helps put all the sperms where they are supposed to be. From there, the strong ones will go up to fertilize the ovum.
9. Test with HCG urine streps starting one week after ovulation.
10. Ask your wife's obgyn to prescribe ovulation inducing meds (such as. Clomid) if you do the steps above for 3 months without successful conception, then keep doing the above steps + (clomid) may be for another 3 months or so (according to what your doctor advice).
11. If all the above steps don't result in pregnancy, then the next best step is doing some medical testing to figure out if there is structural or hormonal issues that need to be treated for conception to occur.
Finally, I developed this method after a thorough personal research in the literature and people's experience. It worked for us after we were told that IVF was our best hope. It also worked for other people we told about. You just have to have the discipline.

This is the best one. My husband tried many but this one the day he started using it. I was positive within a month. We had almost given up hopes on having a baby because all the medication he took before none worked. So just wanted to help others who are struggling like us. Give this one a try.

Definitely noticed more control, and an improved substance amount. I would recommend for anybody who feels like they are lacking nutritional support. Little over priced for the few active ingredients, but all in all did what was expected.

So far so good, in 1 week, my erections are solid and last most of the night. Better than any pharmaceutical ever did. The taste and smell of these capsules are HORRIBLE, but I can get it down by holding my breath while taking it and drink something other than water. Empty stomach is best and fastest.

I LOVE the fact the carrier into my body for faster absorption is a large influx of water soluble b-vitamins even if my urine is colored like a highlighter pen (which is normal with b vitamin supplements).

I can't wait until I finish the bottle and start the next one to be experiencing better volume. I'll update after a while of using it.
