Products like these are very difficult for a regular person to determine whether or not they are actually helping. The product claims to boost immunity. Without knowing what, if anything, I have been exposed to, I have no way of knowing whether or not it is doing it's job. That said, I don't feel any different at all and there haven't been any negative side effects that I can directly contribute to these pills.
The pills themselves are capsules, and while they aren't huge, they are not exactly tiny. If you have any trouble swallowing pills these could be difficult. There was no taste and more importantly, no aftertaste.

The price of this product is way too much. If I notice something positive I would definitely buy again but at this time I haven't noticed much. Still too early to say. You're suppose to take one pill two times a day. I still have a lot left do I will continue taking it and hopefully I won't get sick since that is my main concern. Keeping my immune system strong is so important.

This BIRM Concentrated Herbal Supplement comes in the standard capsule form, so they are easy to swallow. Though this is the first time I see capsule in gold colour! The capsules have a pleasant herbal smell to them. They are quite pricey, so I am only taking it every other day to make the bottle last longer. The bottle contains 45 servings (2 capsules per serving)
