Careful with its holder the plastic thing on the top holds the product broke easily otherwise I love it it might be confusing to get it to work but it works well for someone who's having a problem I use an iPad you turn the product Microscope on "¦Then go to your general menu on look for it to show up in your Wi-Fi menu ..it give it some time it'll show up as Max-see choose it . It automatically connects to the microscope at this point ..at some point you were to have downloaded a program the Max See program Will pick up its signal and you're good to go the minute you turn the microscope off it disconnects from Wi-Fi
