Peel is sturdy and relatively easy to use. Cutter works fine. My pizza oven is the 12 inch ooni so it's a little cumbersome to use in that small space. Once the pizza is in ok it's easy to get under the pizza, although if cheese etc gets on it or pizza stuck it's a little more difficult to access and move the pie in a 12 in space. I'm going to also try a flat paddle. Overall this works fine.
The Pizza Peel is a must-have tool when using a baking steel.

The 14" cutter does not have a knife edge. This makes it a dull and useless instrument that will not cut through a pizza.
