Specific case: 2013 Kia Forte H11B type bulb

These lights have been a welcome upgrade to my Kia forte that seemed to be gobbling up halogen bulbs. The dash of this model year does not verify that the low beams are on, and often the standard bulbs are so dim I find myself checking that they are, in fact on, several times during a drive down darker roads. My review of longevity will have to come later since they've only been installed for 36 hours as of this writing. BE AWARE that you will need to buy this adapter https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08K2YZFW4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 separately. Fahren does not appear to offer their own. I was wary of mixing brands but the customer service team from Fahren specifically recommended this item to make the H11B plug-in work.

I purchased the H11 for high beams and H7 for low beams.
Definitely a big upgrade from the old halogen lights. I had a a little difficulty with the installation of driver side of my 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Once I removed the assembly it was super easy.
Once it's dark out I'll be taking a test drive to see the true results.
It seems the lights come with a connected controller to ensure quality operation. Didnt have to modify or add anything else to get them to work.
Lights also have a decent amount of weight to them and are very solid. No cheap red flags.

Pros. Replaced halogen H11 bulbs in projector headlights - I would say via naked eye 2x brighter at night. I think 400% brighter is a reach but I don't have equipment to test out lumens. Distance of lighted road increased and so did illumination of everything in front of car. You have to position the bulbs correctly with LED's pointing 9 and 3 o'clock. The light that it emits is slightly bluish but "on the road" color is white as promised - overall very happy. I would only add that you can safely get higher wattage LEDs then these 40w each. The halogens are 55w and I thought 40w LED would be blinding but they are not. In addition - the rubber ring around these is thicker then I had in my car and they wouldn't lock - so you might have to swap the rubber gaskets to make it work - no biggie.

I found these easy to install. they are replacing some Race Sport LEDs that are not as bright. They installed easily, work great and really are very bright and clean looking lighting. Major improvement. the fit and finish is excellent. I cant speak to longevity because i just put them in. I like them enough im going to put the same bulbs in my fog lights to match in my 2012 Camry SE. So far i am very pleased! By the way, these lights are 1/3 the prices of the Race Sports they are replacing in my car and offer better performance. I am impressed! will be buying more.
