I was searching for a mid-price range docking station for dual monitors and external devices. This dock is well built and comes with more than enough ports! It's very sturdy and compact. I am a software developer and typically have numerous devices connected such as multiple monitors, LAN, 3D Printer, USB Oscilliscope, hard drive dock etc and this docking station handles everything without any problems!
Update: I had a minor issue with the HDMI output. I was thinking it was perhaps a firmware issue so I contacted support, described the situation, provided some pictures of the connections and they are hands down the best support I have ever had to deal with. They shipped me a brand new dock which I had in just a few days and it works flawlessly! I will never buy another brand of docking station and recommend this to all the IT staff at work! Get one, you won't regret it!

I really love how many ports this docking station has. I am not very good with understanding ethernet or the capabilities this has so I could not get that part to work. My screen does not flicker like it did with my prior docking station and it can easily be laid on it's side or left standing upright. Great purchase for my office!
