I mounted one on my 27.2 post As Hich as I could without interfering with the spare tubular under the saddle.
First thing I noticed while riding was the inner thighs rub on the protrusions that are the hinge and fastening features.
Hence the 4 starts. I moved it so it will be interesting to see if I can keep it for rubbing on my legs. A design change to move the hinge and fastener location would be a plus. Function first then symmetry.

I could not get the mount tight on my 27.2mm seatpost using the three included rubber rings! I used 3m double coated tissue tape to make a custom ring and it worked fine! I think I was sent two of the same size rubber rings rather than three different sizes in error, so I did not have the correct size for my seatpost.
