No Leaks. These are Preferred over Depends.

My male, loved one, prefers these over Depends. He has urine and bowel incontinence and the Depends Max leaked. The Amazon Basics do not. Amazon Basics are clearly marked to know which side is the back. The Depends and Tena brands did not have clear markings. Tena brand, gray, medium size did not have any marking or thread colors to indicate back or front. They are a nice brand, but Tena was a hassle without the front/back indicator. So the Amazon Basics L pull ups are the best ones.

Being a morbidly obese female, there's no diaper out there that doesn't leak. I thought maybe these would fit better so I gave it a try. The pad doesn't seem as thick but I add a pad to any diaper I wear anyway. They do seem a little better at holding the liquid but there are still some leaks. The good thing about these is that they're far more comfortable than the 2XL women's diapers. And, yes, this is the same size. Just has a better fit.
