For the price, I was skeptical of the quality. I was pleasantly surprised on how heavy and solid it is. We have a new Solo Pizza Oven and bought this to be able to scoop and rotate the pizza and this fits perfect in the Solo. Personally, I love that it folds up. that's my favorite part of this pizza paddle.

I have been looking for a non- aluminum Pizza Peel that will hold up to the test of time and get the job done, the Professional Grade KitchenStar 13" Perforated Pizza Peel did the trick!
