Key features

  • Brewland Grain Mill, Born for Brewing! - This grain mill is for homebrewing beer, crushes the grain, malt, and barley more precisely with its 8 calibration knob to adjust the spacing of the rollers from 0.025 to 0.1 inch, allowing the brewer to release the malted sugars stored inside grains without ruining the husks. Please note it can not be used to crush corns, coffee beans, soybeans, or sugarcanes, and can not mill grains into powder
  • 2 Grinding Modes - You can either manually mill the grains by the labor-saving long crank handle, or attach your low speed 1/2" or 3/8" electric drill to the end of the drive shaft which has an 8mm hex socket, combining with bearing rollers for easy crushing
  • 7.7LB Large Capacity Hopper - The hardened hopper can hold up to 7.7LB grains at one time
  • Solid Steel Base - The sturdy metal base is large enough to fit on any standard 5 or 6.5 gallon bucket ( 11.8-13.8 inch in diameter ). Two M6 screws connect the metal base with the mill body securely
  • Premium Quality and Exquisite Surface - Brewland grain crusher select 2 high stand 12 TPI knurl stainless steel rollers, anti-corrosion, ensure the long-time use and good flavor of your beer. With a much thicker and stronger mill body structure, no need to worry about the grain grinder deformation. With exquisite hygienic aluminum anodized body and shinning stainless steel rollers, it's not only a grain mill tool but also a very nice gift for you and your friends

UPDATE 12/31/21
The seller has messaged me and offered to send me a handle. They took full responsibility for the missing handle.
I have looked at the adjusting of the mill and one adjustment shows that it is at the smallest setting of .025". However it doesn't get that low. It's about .035". This is using feeler gauges between the rolls. While it is off about .010" the crush that I got running about a pound of grain through the mill looked to be just about right. Despite the rollers being at a slight angle to each other. The mash efficiency will tell the full story.
I have increased the rating from 2 to 4 stars. The seller is a stand up seller. Very good to see. The reason for stopping at 4 stars is simply not having the full adjustment available on the one end of the rollers.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I chose this mill to upgrade my old hand crank corona mill that I've used for 15 years. This mill has nice fit and finish. As a bonus the hopper has been cut in a way to avoid the grain going past the rolls.
Unfortunately my mill arrived damaged. The area that is flanged for the screws on the hopper was bent. The other issue for me is that I didn't receive a hand crank handle. Simply wasn't in the box.

I've yet to use the mill. I'm happy to update this review if I'm allowed to do so after I've used it and dialed in the setting I like. I'm currently trying to reach the seller to see about getting a handle.

The picture was accurate. It is the Brewland brand (not a fake), good quality. Spend the extra money now and buy your grain in bulk so you can mill it before you brew.

I have ground about 175 lbs of grain, including 50 lbs of cracked corn. No complaints!
Great little mill

Tried this out for the first time on about 33lbs of grain for a 15 gallon batch. Hooked it up to my cordless ryobi and it ground the grains great. Easy to use adjustments (just remember to do both sides) and a grinding I went.

It does need some agitation to get the grains to fall in properly but you can do that with a second hand and the guards are good enough to keep your fingers out. And it's heavy enough you don't need to worry about it falling over while you're doing it.

One thing is if you don't need to take it a part, put pop rivets in to hold the hopper together. I turned the screws so the heads were on the inside. But pop rivets will be even better.
