I have ordered two of these units and both have arrived quickly and in good shape! They are very solid, work well, and well made. Someone complaining about weight in another review is sad really they are advertised "STAINLESS STEEL" which tends to be heavy - duh. I view it as a quality item well made.
We had some other size screens made here locally to fit machine to make system more versatile. The unit came with 1/8" punched steel plate frame. We had a 1/4" and 3/32" punched aluminum frame made.
Originally when making the purchase I contacted the seller and they were very helpful and nice. The second system routed me to Amazon when making an inquiry to say thanks..
If you can use this system get one they are well made. Later down the road if we wear out the vibrating motor that looks easily replaceable. So very happy all in all!

I was sorely misled by the company name of this product. I thought this would work great for my off-grid plumbing/septic system on our mobile home. Since the missus can't seem to give up her bi-daily habit of 3 Taco Bell chalupas with fire sauce, a family size bag of Doritos and a waste-bin sized Baja blast, I needed something to sift through her leavings for any valuables or household items incidentally sucked into the vortex she calls a mouth, not because I need them back, but because it costs $500 every time I call the septic crew out.
