Hardware works, software works but difficult

All of the buttons and knobs work. The software, however, was not clear When sending scene data the software gets stuck. Also, the buttons do not work as expected and needed to be programmed through software. The button buttons default to a momentary control type, and need programming to be toggled. This makes it difficult to work with in many scenarios.

Was very easy to midi map the 9 sliders on this to work as drawbars (Hammond B3 packs) with other midi keyboards in Ableton Live 11 both in Windows and Mac!

This is cheaper than most and well built so it is a good value. The issues I have are
1) The controller editor is buggy and you have to mess with it a lot on both Windows and Mac to get it to work.
2) The LED's cannot be remotely controlled (lit or unlit) by the application.
3) Technical support is pretty much non-existent.
What I like:
1) 9 Faders, 9 Knobs and a bunch of other buttons and know
2) For scenes so multiply everything you see on this controller by 4
3) Small and compact
4) Low cost
