I like the way this hides away the paper towels yet makes them easy to access. A couple of drawbacks to the design. Instillation requires putting screws into the sides of the dispenser to attach it to the bracket. This means it cannot be snugged into a corner of the kitchen, but needs to be positioned far enough from the corner to be able to install the screws. I have a small kitchen and prefer items to tucked away. The bracket should be designed so the dispenser can be snapped into the bracket. I do like the way it retracts even the tips of the towels, so the cat (who should not be on the counters anyway) cannot chew on the paper towels. It has a much neater appearance than regular paper towel holders. I managed to make instillation more difficult than it should have been, but that's pretty par for the course for me. Overall, it's a great product and I'd get it again.

We had this products first generation for 5 years. The motor finally gave as it is the most used item in our house. Everyone who comes over asks where we purchased it. Love the design of the new model. It is not as bulky and is easily hidden under the cabinet. Love that you can select the size you want dispensed and also love that we do not have to touch the whole roll, you just wave and a sheet comes out and then you rip it and go! It is so convenient and makes life a little bit simpler!
