I'm going to LOVE this pot and the whole idea of retained heat cooking - BUT why in the world put that stupid label on the pot and make it so incredibly difficult to remove? Why guarantee frustrating your customers with this useless thing that does nothing more than repeat the same information found elsewhere in the packaging? After about an hour, using WD-40 and an old plastic card, (with lots of paper towels and elbow grease), I was finally able to get that label off.
I was thinking of making "Hamburger Soup" in it for a very first attempt at actually using it, but was too pooped, not to mention being ticked off, after an hour of scrubbing to mess with it so put it away for later.
