Ready to be whatever flavor I want

This is the best tasting protein powder I've ever tried, and I've tried lots of them. I love that it is unflavored and unsweetened. It's ready to be whatever I want. I've already used it as vanilla, part of berry smoothie, and as pumpkin spiced. All were delicious.
Truvani VS. Orgain Chocolate Protein Powder

I'm a certified functional nutrition counselor, and drink a delicious protein smoothie every morning that is filled with protein, healthy fat, fiber and greens. Recently I started to consider if my protein powder was nutritious enough, so I did a side-by-side comparison with the powder was using, Orgain and a new product Truvani. Here is what I found:
-Orgain has a smaller scooper than Truvani, upon looking at the serving size Truvani is 1 scoop (33mg) and Orgain is 2 scoops (50). I like that with Truvani I could get the same amount of protein with less powder!
-Next I looked at the nutrition facts, this one is tricky. They look similar but because the actual serving sizes are not the same it is NOT comparing exact numbers. I wouldn't use this for much of an indicator for which product is better unless you sit down an do the actual math for each category listed. The best thing to note from this side-by-side comparison is that they both have the same amount of fiber and protein, however remember that Truvani is achieving this with less powder, just as they do with the protein content. The other thing I can immediately see is that Orgain has a LOT of vitamins and minerals listed and Truvani doesn't have any.
-Now, I move on to looking at the ingredient list and WOW that's where they two products really differ from each other! Orgain has a very long and extensive list of ingredients that include a lot listed under "Organic 50 Superfoods Blend", this blend seems to be where all of the added vitamins in the nutritional facts is coming from. I personally adopt a "less is more" approach when it comes to ingredients so Truvani is a clear winner for me but this will come down to personal preference.
I used Truvani in my morning "perfect smoothie", I have included the recipe in my pictures if you are interested in trying it. I noticed that the chocolate taste was very similar in both products but the Orgain powder is tastes MUCH sweeter. They both blended well and don't have a weird after taste. My final opinion is that I'm going to switch to Truvani, the reasons that swayed me were, less powder but the same amount of protein and fiber and the very short ingredient list.

The best protein powder I have ever used

Wow. I didn't expect to find a vegan protein powder that I liked, much less more than a whey protein powder. I have trouble getting adequate daily protein so I start my day with a smoothie. For years I was using whey but was also feeling tired. Someone suggested removing whey protein and my energy sky rocketed. But then I was in the search to find a vegan protein that didn't taste awful.
I'm blown away by this flavor and texture. I use half coconut milk, half water, 100g of frozen cauliflower, and 1.5 servings of protein and now I have a frozen chai treat. I'm so happy.

I think i'm in loveth with this brand. Just blended up the banana cinnamon protein pack with a frozen banana, a few blueberries, and a lite pistachio milk. It's so yummy and easy to blend.
I also ordered the Vanilla Chai and blended it with just vanilla almond milk (lite in vanilla flavor) and no added extras to get the full flavor. Opening the pack you smell spices used in a chai and I loved that. However when I blended it, it tasted more just like vanilla, I felt like the spices for the chai weren't as present. I also noticed that this time I didn't add other ingredients, there was a bit of an after taste. Not entirely bad but just like a vanilla sweet residue. Again not bad just present when you blend on its own. I also think it was a bit grainy, again I didn't notice this when I blended the banana cinnamon one together with banana and blueberries.
I do love that the ingredients are CLEAN. I'm not fond of the price but guess it could be my splurge.
I would recommend this product and looking forward to trying the snack bars that came yesterday. ðŸ‘ðŸ¾ðŸ‘ðŸ¾ðŸ‘ðŸ¾

My new FAV protein powder!

These are a little pricey, but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. They have under 10 ingredients. They are non-GMO and taste great! I feel like I received a quantity commensurate with quality! I purchased Vanilla, Peanut Butter, and Banana Cinnamon. Banana Cinnamon is my fav! Bags have like a Velcro type closure, so one seal I do t have to guess if bag is completely sealed.
