I bought this product due to it having the ability to connect to my phone AND PC (mostly PC). My PC had the Bluetooth option and it was my first time using this option. I turned it on and turned on the headset and it found it and I connected it. It was that easy. I then turned on some sounds and it played straight in the headset loud and clear. Just Perfect!. I then connected it to my phone while it was also connect to my PC and I had my wife call me and she could here me loud and clear. It also comes with a sturdy charger case and cord. A great buy!

After buying a competing unit and being disappointed with the sound quality, I was hesitant to buy another one. I am so happy I did. The sound quality is great, and the microphone does not give my voice that "in a tunnel" feel. It connects as soon as I remove it from the charging case which is so convenient. I have it on most of the day and have yet to run out of charge. I will buy one again should the need ever arise, though it would appear that won't be happening soon!

I decided to get a walking pad and wanted a headset that I could use comfortably with good sound and mic quality while I'm using it. I researched several options and settled on this one. Pairing with my laptop was a BREEZE and I'm so impressed with how comfortable this is in my ear. I have weird shaped ears and struggle to keep normal earbuds in comfortably and securely. I cam barely tell I'm wearing this except for the minor noise blockage from having it cover my one ear.
The sound is really good on my end and I've tested the mic out too - seems to have good mic sound quality too. I will keep testing to see if it picks up different background noises like the walking pad, fan, chewing, etc. I'll update this if there are any negative comments about that.
I also like that there are just a few buttons and they are easy to find with a touch. Easy on/off to answer calls and the up/down volume buttons are also in a really logical and comfortable place to press.
I haven't used it long enough to comment on the battery life, but will update this review if that turns out to be a bummer. The only gripe at this point is that it takes me awhile to twist it around so I can get it back in the charging case. I wear it in my right ear. But that is a minor thing and I'm sure I'll figure it out after some consistent use!
