Easy to use. However this is falsely advertised as at 60hz . The manual clearly stated 30hz. So don't expect to capture at 60 frames.

OK, don't laugh because I still use my Xbox 360 Kinect! 🤣 I'm not a gamer, but I LOVE doing the Zumba Fitness routines on that platform. Unfortunately, it's not a legacy game and you can't play it without the Kinect camera. There is no DVD version, so I've been stuck using this antequated equipment for over 12 years. ðŸ'„ When a friend suggested a few weeks ago I try recording the games to my laptop via a video capture card, I was skeptically optimistic and decided to buy this card and try it out. After a few days of trial and error trying to simultanously get audio/video through my TV, I finally figured it out and sucessfully recorded the two intermediate 20 minute sessions!!! ðŸ'ŒðŸ'Œ
I had to use an HDMI splitter to make it work. I connected the feed from the Xbox into the input port, and the other two output HDMI cords went to the TV and the laptop (connected via the USB end of video capture card.) The splitter has a really small audio switch that was turned off, and it took me a minute to figure out why I wasn't getting audio into the laptop. I used OBS to record the sessions, convert the files to mp4, and then Adobe Premiere to edit out the excess video. I can't express how excited I am to finally be able to do these Zumba routines without the Xbox!
