Worked out great for the party. Very nice presentation. Care does need to be taken when handling all parts due to sharp edges. Lids got dropped several times by guests from table height onto concrete and did not get damaged. Cleaning and drying everything was a bit of work but everything fit nicely back in the box for storage.

Separation Tip

Excellent chafing pans, easy to break down & set up. Like most reviews, lower steam pans received stuck together, not a little stuck, really stuck. To separate you need two items, some foam from inside the box and a claw hammer. At one of the corners, place thin foam below & above hammer claw, pry up gently at corner until they break free. Once a corner lifts, they will separate easily then repeat on next pan. When placing back in box, just use some cardboard running up side of pan on at least two sides, will keep them separated. DO TAKE TO A VENUE WITHOUT SEPARATING FIRST, impossible to do by hand manually because edge metal is sharp! Good luck!!!
