I am very happy with this lift. I tried buying a lift from another company which was a disaster. This company lift holds more weight, 450lbs! It also transfers patients to car. That was really important to me for doctors appointments and such. It came on time specified unlike the other who made promises but would have had to wait four months more then what they promised. The company responded quickly to questions asked so we could be up and running. I highly recommend this company and this lift. One other huge asset is they don't charge 30% restocking fee if you needed to return it if broken.
