The good news is that this thing, as of the moment, got rid of most of the ulnar
neuropathy/tingling in the fingers of my left hand. That says a lot. BUT there's a problem--it won't stay where you want without tightening its velcro strap to a point where it it's too tight. And if you make it less tight, it slips down your arm once or twice an hour and you have to keep on shoving it up. On balance, it worked for me with the caveat above. Hope that helps someone out there.
