Not quite what I expected, but it works ok

I need to be very clear about what this is. It has two pieces.
1. A cup thac snaps on to the rear wheel cover of the whill to hold the bottom of the can
2. A velcro strap that goes through two slots in the backrest that you can wrap around the top of the cane.

The combination does what is advertised -- it holds the can in place even when riding on the back of my car. I would have preferred a different mechanism for connecting to the back of the seat that a) does not require 2 hands to attach / unattach, and b) remains firmly attached to the seat in its "open" configuration.

Again it does what it says it does -- it holds the cane just fine. I simply do not like some of the design.
