Hurt my wrists a lot less than I anticipated. I have relatively weak wrists (think 'can't do planks because of wrist pain' weak. It's not extremely bad, but it's still something I was worried about), and I can usually get around 2 hours of constant use before it starts to hurt, and around 4 hours until it's annoyingly so.
It looks pretty cute too, which is something I'm very pleased about. The height range is nice"” I'm 5'1 and I can comfortably use my cane with and without my 7" platforms (admittedly not the best footwear choice, but I like them). It's definitely not as large as they advertise though. It'd be uncomfortable If I were below 5' or above 5'8". Definitely would not expect it to fit 6'.
One thing I noticed was that it can be loud (hollow loud) if it wasn't screwed tightly. Otherwise very quiet. Also, if not screwed tightly, the two halves can definitely come apart with an easy tug (either a good or a bad thing).
The foot works well and stands on its own, but it takes a bit to get used to, since it has corners and edges, and it was a bit smaller in diameter than I anticipated. It stands on it's own, but it's not the best in terms of providing balance support. Good on a lot of different surfaces; I feel more confident walking on uneven terrain.
We'll have to see how it holds up to wear and tear.

It was very easy to put on; it works great. It is a little flexible, but I guess that is good. I would buy another. I have only had it for a few weeks, so I really cannot honestly say it is very durable, but it has been so far. If it fails in less than a year, or so, I will repost this and let you know.
