Supergreens Gummies taste pretty good and fruity, though to be fair, I'm not a sweets person, so sugar isn't a priority for me for taste. They do smell kinda funky if you put your nose to the open bottle, but otherwise the odor has little impact on the taste. Very convenient as I've tried so many supplements from powders to capsules and end up not bothering for lack of convenience, unmanageable size, side effects or just plain nasty taste. These are easy take along or grab and go on the fly, and two are all you need for the day. In terms of nutritional value, I have little way of knowing other than that I've not experienced any adverse affects or a period of adjustment. I feel generally very well and optimistic. I've also tried the tart cherry gummies from this company to aid in melatonin production. They have a great taste--two at bedtime without drowsy morning wakeup.

I am very surprised with this product. I am fitness and nutritional coach and I am always on a look out for new supplements to add to my journey. It's no secret for everyone that greens usually taste like 🤢. I have been using popular companies and I have never enjoyed my shakes in the morning. Like no, please, can you do something about it? Even kids would be happy now to get their vegetables now because it is delicious! I also was surprised by the low sugar content, because typically you would get a tone of sugar so it can disturb the taste. Great job on packing it in with so much good stuff and not making it into a sugar bomb. I will be ordering more as gifts for my friends for holidays.
