Best choice for a guest bathroom!

Face it, if you are the third person to use the guest restroom, your getting a wet towel. Not so with this unit. Every guest get the same high quality. Additionally, it looks great and offers a place for your cell phone. It's the best choice for any guest restroom.

I am updating my review. The company reached out and refunded the money for the purchase after reading the review. I told them that the design needed a little tweaking, which can be gathered by many of the reviews on here. Though we replaced ours with metal dispensers that do not look as good, I did keep these planning on making the tweaks myself, as it just needs a little adjusting of the size of the hole, and a little sanding to make it smoother and less prone to rip the paper towels. I hope that they make the necessary changes, because it is a nice change from the commercial look. Below is my original review...
I was hoping this would work. It looks great, but the hole for pulling out the paper towels is too small, and it every towel wants to rip, unless you pull it slowly with two hands. It didn't work well for any older folks that were trying to get a towel from it. And, if a towel isn't already sticking down through the hole, it was almost impossible to get it, and people resorted to taking off the lid and retrieving one from the top. I wish I could return it, but it is too late for that. Great idea, but the hole needs to be made larger.

This is a nice towel dispenser, but too short to accommodate standard-sized commercially available towel stacks. I have to remove about an inch of towels to get the stack to fit. Also, I ended up sanding the inside ridge where the towels come out because it was rough and made it difficult to pull towels out of the slot. Otherwise, it is a decent dispenser.
