Great Product - Horrible Instructions and Setup

I've had this chiller for a few weeks now and it is NOW working great. However, the first week of having it was spent sending tech support emails back and forth with the manufacturer of this item.
The instructions included are different from the instructions on Amazon. Finally, after multiple back and forth - below are the instructions that worked. You need to program the DIFFERENCE between your low and high range. I truly hope this helps someone else. The chiller itself is great and the service was very helpful, but the included instructions were horrible.
Here are the instructions that saved me from returning this:
First, you need to press SET and then press the up and down arrow to set what temperature you want and press once RST.
Secondly, you need to press once SET and you will see FI, then you need to press SET again and you can begin to set the Temperature Difference. (during the Temperature Difference the chiller will stop to cooler)
Finally, you need to press RST and the chiller begin to cooler.
I find you want to hold 32℉， and your room temperature showed 69℉, but your F1 Temperature Difference is 39℉. The 32℉ add the F1 Temperature Difference is 39℉ is 71℉.
So of course the chiller need not work, because the 71℉ you adjusted is higher than the room temperature of 69℉.
If you can set the Temperature Difference lower than 37℉ last time in your video, your chiller will work.

I used this aquarium chiller to manufacture a cold tub for my spa clients. The chiller is whisper quiet and easily cools this 60 gallon tub. I change the temperature between 45-55 deg F. We usually keep one tub colder than the other. The chiller works so well the client has requested another set of tubs for a second location.
