The media could not be loaded. The bow is extremely fast and quiet.
I added a set of bowjax crossbow dampners to the bow.
I wouldn't exactly see this as a beginner crossbow. It packs a nice punch and it's consistent.
The 3 downsides to it are that
the stock rattles
The screws, they're hard to get in so be careful.
The scope adjustments are a little harsh.
My foregrip came with the one side broken off. It's still good because it forces you to actually grab the lower handle.
I added a set of bowjax crossbow dampners to the bow.

Crossbow was easy to put together with included tools. Very powerful. I had to buy a better target. Get at least rated 425 FPS or more. Bolts went clean through my compound bow target at 20 yds. Bought Morel Yellow Jacket target. Stops bolts & bolts are easy to remove. Accuracy: bolts touching at 20 yds., 2" at 40 yds, and it's the first time I shot a crossbow. Cocking the bow with the included rope required effort. Ok for me (6'/230lbs), wife couldn't do it. Buy the optional crank mechanism. It made it effortless for her. Only negative I have is the weight. It's pretty heavy. If you want light, you need to spend twice the money. You definitely need a support under the front grip to shoot unless you have strong arms. All said, I highly recommend it.
