When I saw my cream colored suitcase with scuffs I was disappointed. Water did not work and I did not want to use cleaning chemicals. I found that Mr. Clean MagicEraser sheets did the trick! It took some elbow grease but it looks nice now. I think I might still buy black if I could exchange them all.

Ok so I've traveled with this a few times now, and I have mainly great things to say:
-very smooth to roll
-on the lighter side means more weight for your stuff before you hit the max allowed for checked baggage
-LOVE that it doesn't open clamshell style and that the lid has straps to keep it from flopping back so it feels very tidy
-even though there's no expander, the lid isn't super rigid, you can still stuff a lot in there and get it closed with a little bit of bulge (maybe not so great for your stuff, though...)
-looks attractive at a reasonable price point
-use a Mr Clean magic eraser to keep looking like new, doesn't hold dirt the way fabric suitcases do
-LOVE the zipper lock. Didn't know I needed that.
I have only one concern: it did fall out of my car and one of the corners got dented in. I tried to push it back out to no avail. It doesn't seem to have affected the structural integrity but, you know, now there's a dent in one corner of my otherwise beautiful suitcase. Not sure what would have saved it, maybe a plastic guard on those top corners?
I also agree with someone who wrote elsewhere that they wished there was a bottom handle by the wheels. Maybe that would have kept me from dropping it when I was trying to get it into my car...
Nevertheless, I love my suitcase and I feel very smart and stylish romping around with it :-) Would recommend to a friend!

Awesome luggage! I'm genuinely upset that I ever bothered with clam-style suitcases in the past. This style can fit more and is overall more efficient.
It's sturdy and looks very stylish. The wheels rolled SO smoothly and the handles all felt strong. I didn't and don't plan on checking it, but I don't think it would scratch any more easily than any other hard shell luggage if you did.
Fits a week or so worth of summer city clothes, shoes, and my oversized makeup and toiletry bags! Plus it's much easier to stay organized in a hotel room with the flip-up top. It's very over-packer friendly!
I highly recommend packing cubes since the flip top makes it extra easy to Tetris all of your belongings and squish extras in between the cubes. I regret not getting the one with the laptop section because I could have easily become a one bag traveler!

I purchased the 24inch size in the off white color. Color is pretty. I took this on a one week trip recently to Hawaii and bought a 26inch suitcase cover to protect it from scratches. I have no dents and no scatches. This luggage held up well. I love how easy it rolls around 360 and the waterproof pouch inside is perfect for bikinis. Had no problems with the zippers eaither, they didn't get stuck which was great. My favorite feature was the tsa lock, so easy to set up just watched a quick youtube video. There was also a little zipper inside the luggae perfect for my apple air tag. I didn't want a luggae that was too big or small and this size was perfect. Not many brands have a 24inch size. Can't wait to use it again and i would definitley buy the carry on size too. Item arrived quickly just in time for my trip. Thank you.
