We had a rather dark walkway to our front door with a small step up onto the porch area. My husband complained often of not being comfortable making the transition. I got him this cane last year for Christmas and he loved it! His pathway was lit up, the cane is comfortable to use. Knocked down a star for one big reason. Even with the bigger foot, this cane falls over when not in use. Within 5 months the light stopped working, which is a big deal as the light was the main attraction. I've ordered another cane since it's gone on sale, hopefully the head light will last longer.

The lights on this cane are great. There's a straight ahead light and then there's a downward light. They both have their uses and together they're very useful. The cane is sturdy and stable. As with all self standing canes whether or not it stands is dependent on the surface you're standing it on and how the feet wear. My one complaint is the Velcro strap used to hold the cane together doesn't last long.. I wish they had used more of an elastic type band. I did have a problem with the battery compartment cover. It was loose and eventually fell off and was lost. This was several months after purchasing the cane. I contacted the seller and they responded the same day. They shipped the lost part for free the day they got my address and I was back in business a couple days later. The new cover isn't even loose like the original. Their customer service team was fast, friendly and eager to help. It's really a great feeling when you deal with customer service people who care about their products and customers. Given my experience with this company, especially in light of my experience with their competitor, they have won a loyal customer.

I like this cane I like the light that it has on it that it'll light up forward and backwards so you can see I like that out of fold up. I don't like that it will fold up but it doesn't have anything to attach it to fold it up and keep it up, the price was really good. Sturdiness is wonderful the price was great.

My issue is every time I use the light it turns off by itself. the battery compartment is as tight as possible.

The "BeneCane Walking Cane" is a game-changer. It's sturdy, folds easily, and the LED lights are a real plus for nighttime walks. The quad base provides excellent stability, the handle is comfortable, and the adjustable height is a bonus. This cane has truly improved my Grandpa's daily life. Highly recommended!
