First off make sure you're looking at the right review for what you're trying to buy. These reviews are mixed... I bought the 20 inch cordless version, and honestly I love it.
Unsure of an accurate run time for the battery as my grass grows quick and thick so the mower runs in tall grass mode a lot so I think it eats the batter up a bit more.
I did notice you should unplug the charger after the battery is charged. Or you may have an issue when you go to put the battery back on to charge it. Also noticed that the battery takes about 1hr 1/2 or so to fully charge.
Cuts the grass great I have no issues with anything... other than it doesn't have a self propelled feature... adjusting the height is super easy and smooth, and it is pretty quiet as well.

Lightweight, but not bad

I had three different lawn services say they were going to give me an estimate and bail on me, so when my tax refund came I got this so that the neighbors wouldn't revolt against me. I was very surprised at how this went through my first cut of the season without a hiccup. When you open the box and you feel how light everything is you wonder if the cutting is going to be delicate as well, but it actually performed just as well as any gas mower I've used. The lightweight was very nice on the embankments. I was able to raise and lower it down the grade with one hand whereas in the past I've had to really wrestle to do those parts. In that regard the lightweight is actually a big plus. The wheels seem cheap, but again the whole unit is so lightweight that they are probably adequate. I didn't notice any issues with them in actually cutting the lawn. Assembly was simple. I didn't even have to look at the manual. I don't really care for the rear discharge, I'd rather not walk through the fresh clippings, but I understand why they do it. It makes it smaller and easier to ship, therefore cheaper. The height adjustment is super easy to use and has a good range. In the heavy grass I got about 25 minutes of run time from a full charge. I imagine some people will be disappointed at that figure, but frankly that's about how much runtime I have these days also, so I'll do the lawn in two or three bits instead of all at once. Overall, just as a lot of other reviewers said, this item is actually better than I expected. So far I'm not disappointed at all.
Porch Pirates Strike Again . . . Not

Got stuck at work and it was on the morning delivery route. Hope that they can use an electric lawn mower. It looked like a welled design piece of yard equipment. 2024 could be my year for a new lawn mower. . . Somehow the box made it to my mom's house, it was easy to assemble. It has a strong motor and required a different approach to cutting the yard. When you don't use the bag, the clippings come out the back. Like the accessory that holds the cord in place. Lightweight made it easy to mow and lift up into the shed. Adapt or die🎸
But....the battery......

Bought in mid-July. Item shipped with a European battery (60V 5A) that didn't physically fit into the charger or the mower. Had to call Lawnmaster for a replacement battery. About a week later, got a 60V 2A battery (same size, and it fits) instead of the 60V 4A that was supposed to come with it. It works, but gives you about half the mowing time you're supposed to have. Mower itself is a beast and good in damp grass, cuts well, easy to maneuver. But it gets a little old having to recharge twice (it takes a while) to get the front or the back lawn "done". [You probably do need to have at least 2 batteries to swap in and out, to finish an average sized lawn in a reasonable amount of time.]
Oh, yeah, I called Lawnmaster again on 8/4 in the hopes that the third time would be the charm, and the "right" battery has now been on backorder for a month+. You can't buy the battery on Amazon, even eBay sellers don't seem to have one and the Lawnmaster site itself shows other batteries available for purchase, but not the 60V 4A.
This is a shame, as the mower itself seems pretty great. I really do like it. Either this company (Cleva North America) didn't have the product rollout ready for the US, or too many people bought this mower on Amazon, and the manufacturer doesn't have the wherewithal to make the necessary accessories. I'm pretty sure that it anything should go wrong with the mower, I'll have to buy a new one, made by another company. So, it looks like a "get what you pay for" lesson is 3/4 learned.

Disappointed in run time on battery
Fancy N✓ Verified Purchase•May 16, 2023
Only problem is the battery only lasts 25 minutes at best. Not 45 minutes as advertised. So as a result I can only cut a portion of my lawn and then I have to wait for the battery to charge again before I can finish. I'd be willing to purchase an additional battery so I could switch them and finish without waiting but it's over $200. which is crazy.
