The defects of it
Yesenia P.✓ Verified Purchase•September 24, 2023
I really like this stepper but I only had it for a month and pieces was falling down on the right side under end of the stepper and it was getting loose. It might was a defect to it. I return it; I was sad about it :/. My workouts was bomb tho! 💪ðŸ½
Best thing to get moving
Sophie✓ Verified Purchase•September 16, 2023
This has been the best thing to get me moving. I am generally healthy & fit but can be lazy & not exercise. A few 20 min sessions on this stepper gets me going, ups my metabolism & basically jumpstarts my body after being a couch potato. The way the stepper moves with natural hip movement is awesome. I have a different one which only goes straight up & down & it definitely restricts. This one has a more open flow & is fun to use. I set up my iPad on a stand & just watch something to pass the time easier while stepping.
I will say initially I thought there was a problem bc the digital counter seems off but now I don't care, it's a great device & I just go by what time I started. I have not seen any others like this that mimics the natural movement of the hips. I bought it sometime around Covid & it's still just great. Sure I stop & then go back to it but it's a million times better than doing nothing at all. Grateful to have something that I can easily do at home & it really doesn't take up much room. Definitely working the hips, butt, thighs, even the stomach if you watch your body position- the most important areas!

Not my cup of tea

I thought this product was great, but I ended up reselling it because it just wasn't my cup of tea. I didnt end up using it much.
The product was exactly as described, it counts your steps or your time, has several modes. It also comes with the resistance band to hook up which is nice.
The only thing I didn't like that much about it was that it was pretty high resistance and it clicks kinda loudly. I live in an apartment and I was afraid that the downstairs neighbors would be able to hear my clicking and it would be irritating.
Other than that, it's a great product!

Heats up really fast

It's a nice at home product and great to add to your workout, I use it on my rest days from the gym. However, resistance is not TOO strong and does heat up quickly. I didn't feel safe going past 15-17 minutes because the hydraulics heat up and for safety, should let it cool down. The movement is great and moves naturally, & for me it also felt best to be fully bearfoot/no socks on. Great product for what it is and great for a smaller space! If you hold the handles up while stepping, you can feel it in your core more but maybe that's just myself. Can definitely get a quick workout in and more if you add holding weights while stepping :)
Best thing to happen to me

The machine is amazing.
I have two. 1 at home and 1 in ny semi truck
I wish every trucker had one
I sweat 5lbs after each use.
At first its hard on the legs but with training and as the springs heat up it gets easier.
Love this
