Works great! Heats up quick plenty of space. Comes with seat and red light the front window is removable if you need a little air. Set up was so easy and can take apart in 5 mins if needed. I thought there were missing pieces at first but then I realized my brain wasn't working correctly lol. It's a must buy. I don't use the foot warmer that often don't feel like I need it

This is perfect in a garage, doesn't take up a lot of space. The remote control is a little confusing to use but it definitely gets hot and does the job. Would recommend if you want an affordable version of a sauna.

I bought this product because of the full plastic clear "door." There are others out there with just a little square window, but after being in one of those, it felt like being trapped in a closet. But if don't mind the darkness, you can save some money and go with one of those ones. I like the clear door though!

I don't have a lot of room in my house, so the size is perfect, but it can also be challenging. I suggest that before you purchase this sauna that you tape, or rope, or pencil a square on your floor that is 30 inches on all sides. That's how much room you have once inside. Now put a small chair in there and sit down. That's how much room you will have. I'm 5'7" and I can't stand straight up in there. If I were 5' tall, I could stand up straight, provided I was bald. The chair it comes with is nice, but I bought a smaller wooden stool to try and save a little room. I was hoping to stretch in there, but all I'm able to do is sit.

The small size is nice because it heats up quickly and you can start to sweat soon. But it's small. Sometimes I wish I bought a two person unit for more space, but then I wonder how hot it would get, or how long it would take to warm up. Honestly, the small size fits perfectly where I have it.

I put it together myself, but if you have another set of hands willing to help you out, it will be easier to assemble. Also, I like the fact that it's a dry heat and I don't have to worry about adding water to an additional device.

Overall, it does the job well. You will sweat. But you will be in a very small area. I suggest you do that layout with the measurements I gave above. That will really give you an idea as what you will be getting yourself in to.

Could be hotter but will make you swet

I had steam sauna that never reached the advertised temperature, but this sauna definitely gets to the 140 degrees.
