It is still early days, but this appears to be a great sauna. I have not used the steam generator because I have two small Far InfraRed heaters that came with a previous sauna that work great in this new one. That means this durable canvas keeps the heat in. I had two previous sauna that were small with your head sticking out - those worked for years but your skin was always touching or an inch or two away from the tent material. This one is nice and roomy (I'm 6'1" with long legs) and I've put a chair in there and I'm very comfortable. That also means the clean-up is easier than with my past saunas. It takes about 10 minutes to put together so I want to leave it together if possible. It is so lightweight I just put it on top of a table downstairs to get it out of the way. Consider this but look into some FIR heaters (hard to find now) if possible. You just use the steam hose hole to bring in the outlet cable. Works very well and this durable material should last a while.

Love using my steamer but after 11 months my steam pot stopped working. I cannot find a customer support number or contact to talk to. I believe the steam pot should have lasted longer than 11 months.

It works pretty well. It gets hot and is good quality, but only to around 100 degrees max (I bought a thermometer to check). It would be a pain to take down and set up repeatedly, so I just leave mine up.

The set up was a little tricky. But the bottom pieces on first and then the cover. Laid it down since it was so light and put the other bars on so the cover would easily fit over it. I bought a seat because reviews said it was small but I'm 5'9 and have plenty of room even standing up. I prefer to sit anyway. The heat is on point. No more gym saunas for me. Quality of the material is fantastic. Only thing is I wish I could see the timer but I guess I'll set my alarm since I can't see the pot of water.

The media could not be loaded. Cons- polls are the easy part but putting the tent on was a little difficult.
Take your time and go easy with the zippers. I'd suggest treating the zippers to avoid tugging and rusting.

They did provide a video on the ad so take a few min to watch it.
There's a little gray rug that comes with it. Put that inside the tent on the floor.

Make sure you watch where you put your feet because the tent is not that big and you will burn your feet. I'd suggest cutting the tube a tad shorter but make sure it's away from the tent.

Don't order the stool that comes up under recommendation because it's really a foot wooden stool. My fault that I didn't read it . I just assumed because it's under recommendations.

Pros - It works great for the price. I provided a video. I got a great sweat from it and it felt refreshing.
I was impressed with the stream and how well it keeps in the steam.

I am planning on buying something to help seal the Zippers on 2 of the windows because I just don't think I'll ever need to unzip them. You really only need one window to see out and one window is so you can put your phone in a pocket on the outside. I'm relaxing, I don't need my phone.

Overall you will not regret buying one. I was skeptical.
