I like it! It makes me sweat enough. My husband doesn't like it as much. He says it doesn't get hot enough. I don't know what he's talking about, because it's hot enough for me. I put it together myself with NO help at all from anyone! It's that easy to install. The directions are very simple. I'm 5'7 & I can't stand straight up in it. I'm 189lbs & I have a lot of room to be comfortable while sitting on my stool. The stool is not included.

Works great! It gets hot when at the maximum heat setting. I get nervous locked in there with no ventilation and the plasticky smell, so I keep opening every few minutes to take breaths of fresh air.

I LOVE THIS THING! Figured out to make the most of your stream time instead of using hot tap water use hit water freon the stove. Bit boiling but hot.... and 5 mins in your off and sweating.
