These knives are a hidden value on Amazon. I was surprised by the quality of them. Very well crafted and tested up to specs when I tested them at work. Stainless steel with an RC of 58 hardness. The only issue I have is the single sheath for the knives. But even that is decently made. The knives maintain a good edge and came relatively sharp.
Good quality for the$

Thick full tang. Great value . Good quality. Nice set. Sheath is big but works great attached to my back pack. A must buy.

Wasn't as sharp but a little touch on the work sharp MK.2 machine made it super sharp. Knife looks very nice. Quality is great and very comfortable. 4 🌟 cause you can't carry single knife cause they don't come with single pockets.
Great value!!

While I received these free in exchange for a review, I have to say, I would buy this set, at the listed price point of $29.99.
The sheath for all three, is a little unwieldy, but does have a belt loop, and seems like some kind of reinforced nylon, so is probably pretty durable, and definitely waterproof.
What really surprised me, was the quality of the materials used. These are not flimsy knives, the handles are incredible solid, and well-weighted. The blades are solid, and the full tang means no wiggling blade, it's a solid chunk of stainless steel. The finish of the handles is basic, but well done. All three knives fit very comfortably in my hands.
I haven't had an opportunity to use the barb for the gutting knife, but it looks pretty mean.
I cut the cheese with the smallest of the 3. As the pictures show, there was a little residue left after cutting the Edam cheese, and quite a bit more stuck to the blade when I cut the Coastal Cheddar cheese.
I cut a Durian fruit with the largest blade, it did a pretty decent job, and no residue resulted.
The only other issue I had, is that the blades could be sharper -- I don't know if they're intentionally left without a fine edge, and they all did cut things well enough, but I like my knives to be super sharp -- it took about 5 minutes to get a razor edge on each, using a 1000/8000 whetstone.
Trying out these knives have led to problems on the home front -- the roommate was definitely not into the smell of Durian, and didn't seem happy I was cutting so much cheese.
