The media could not be loaded. This chair is so beautiful and I absolutely LOVE it!!! It was pretty easy to put together I found a video on YouTube of a similar chair being put together. I only had an issue with the latch underneath having to be lined up it does NOT go down all the way. It's going to look like it should which I think it does but it won't. It doesn't stop people from safely sitting in the chair or rotate. AMAZING buy it's a little expensive but worth every penny

Wasn't complicated to assemble. Box arrived with holes but chair was not damaged. Firm chair that provides lowe back support...will soften with continuous usage. Clients are comfortable and don't have to move as all functions work smoothly.

It's Extremely Comfortable & I'm Saying This As A 260lbs Woman . I Would've Gave This 5 Stars But It Took 3 Hours To Put Together. It Doesn't Come With ANY Tools Or Clear Instructions Just Screws & Put Together Pictures. You Will Need A Small Furniture Wrench To Fit The G 8.8 Screw, A T15 Screwdriver For The Screws On The Hydraulic Pump, & A 3/16 L Key For The 6 Screws That Hold The Bacc Of The Chair Together.
