This is a terrific blanket. The queen size is oversize queen-so absolutely perfect for a cozy night's sleep. The color is neutral-blends with everything you could put on a bed, including your pets. I thought I was ordering a twin sized electric blanket, so it's smaller than I expected, but that's my mistake of course. Even though it's not what I expected to receive, I'm keeping it. I do have it on my bed now but once I order an actual electric blanket I'm going to keep it as a throw, which is what it is, for when I'm not in bed on those cold, cold days. It's soft and heats up well. My only issues are that it doesn't seem to heat completely evenly (the bottom is not as warm) and the controls are in an inconvenient place for me, but these are minor quibbles. Anyone looking for a good heated throw could do worse.
