Customer support by text is slow, but it's pretty good. After troubleshooting didn't work they were happy to supply postage and ship me another main camera once they saw the return was on the way.
Once installed I had a couple of issues but they were all caused by me, and a competing wifi device.
I didn't have the rear camera cord properly attached, and the app will have problems if you have another device competing for your phones wifi.
Once I got it all figured out I can say so far, its a pretty cool dash cam system. Great Front, Cabin and rear perspective.
I am still figuring out the features, so far with a fully working system & great customer service I'd say it worth the money.

I researched for a long time and watched tons of YouTube reviews before deciding on the rove R3. I wanted one that I could use the Dongar adapter with so I could power from my power rear view mirror and not have a bunch of wire to hide. Worked perfect. I've only been using for a couple of weeks but so far I'm happy with it.

My Amazon arrived a day earlier than forecast.
Really professional packaging, everything laid out in logical order. REALLY detailed (and professionally done!) instruction manual with lots of quality photos. Big Attaboy to whoever put THAT together!
I own a 2023 Honda Ridgeline.... and live in Alabama, which doesn't allow the Dashcam to be mounted directly to the windshield. I mounted mine on the truck senor/camera housing in front of the rearview mirror (Okay...the housing is mounted to the windshield, so we'll see how THAT flies!). I used a piece of 3M Heavy Duty Packing Tape to affix the suction mount to the truck's sensor/camera module because it has a textured surface on the cover that houses the truck sensor. 5 days later and the packing tape and suction mount are still holding just fine.
My truck has a sliding rear window, so I had to mount it to the side opposite the direction of opening. I used one of the Electrostatic films for mounting it.
Installation went without a hitch with routing the wires. No worries about having enough wire for either camera. There is PLENTY. I did have a neighbor who is well acquainted with auto electronics do the connection to the fuse box. I could probably have figured it out with the manual, but I let him do it. It took him less than 20 mins to locate the correct fuse, select and prepare the correct wires from the included options for plugging it into the fuse box and plug it in. All 3 cameras came up without a hitch.
I pulled a couple of camera views to sample what was being recorded. INCREDIBLE clarity (although I have yet to do any night driving with it); but no lag; no jumping; no gaps.
I have made a few minor modifications from the Default settings... but not many. Default is a real good place to start.

From what I've seen thus far, this is a quality product.

Little to no setup required, once you install an SD card you just turn it on and thats all there is to it. There was a few settings I changed but over all it was ready to use right out of the box witch made it very simple quick and easy to use. The cameras were easy to mount but I wish it came with a little bit longer wireing, that would have made hiding the wires a little bit easier. The camera makes it easy to just open app on your phone to download and watch the videos.
So far the only thing I dis like (maybe I just haven't found the correct setting yet) is the continuous recording. I'd rather just click a button to start the recording rather than it always be recording but thats my opinion.

The installation was easy and it works great. The only problem I had was getting the rear camers to work. IT WAS MY FAULT. There are two cables that come with the camera. One is for power and the other is for the rear camera. Turns out that the ports are the same. I had the rear camera hooked in the power port and the power in the rear camera port. The front and cabin cameras will work like that but no rear camera. When I changed the wires around, they all three worked perfictly. MY BAD. I would recommend this product. In very fine print on the camera it does say rear camera on the correct port.
