They are labeled wrong down to the metal. (I took off the rubber to see) I have a Susan Bates 10mm to compare it with. Even with the error the set is nice for the price. They're comfortable and smooth. I was worried about the short neck but haven't had an issue yet. I could always cut off some of the rubber sleeve if I need it longer.

These crochet hooks are really comfortable and the yarn slides over them really easily. My only complaint is that it is very hard to read the size. You need a really bright light and some times have to tilt them back and forth. I'm glad they are all different colors because I'm beginning to know the size by the color.
