I loved this machine. I even bought one for my office as well. Then the one at home just stopped working. The lights come on but nothing happens. It's like the fan and motor just quit. So disappointed.

Nice countertop icemaker

I like that this icemaker is very quiet. It makes ice in 2 sizes and it's pretty fast at it. The only downside is that the ice will stick together into one big chunk if you don't remove it promptly. It can be put into one of the included ice bags and thumped on the counter to break it up again but it's still kind of a pain if you forget it was running. Overall tho it's a solid product and we're happy with it.

So far I'm very pleased with this ice maker. The price is competitive. It is replacing one that we had for about 4 years that just died. This unit is smaller and I actually prefer that it takes up less space. Definitely let it run 4-5 cycles and dump, then it will make ice the proper size. I am happy that there's a 1yr warranty and the customer service seems very focused to obtain those 5 star reviews bc they reached out to me to be sure I was satisfied with the purchase. That's something!

I have used the product for a few days now. Very impressed with the speed with which it makes ice. The only qualm I have is that the ice comes out a bit wet. If you're bagging your ice for future use, the ice will stick together due to the "wet" ice. Just drop it on the concrete a couple of times and the ice breaks up. Otherwise, am looking forward to use this summer.

This is a great supplement to the ice maker, especially when guests arrive. It is fairly quiet. We will also move it to our trailer for trailer trips. I'm very excited to not have to buy bags of ice.
