This vest is not for running fast and for a longer time more than like 30, 35 minutes. I had to replace the strap adjusters. Used g hooks instead. So far they seem to be working just fine. This vest is more for walking, working out, and light running. Again Probably no longer then 30 minutes I would run with it.

I love that vest. I use it every time I do a a bodyweight workout. The fact that the vest ways 12lbs and contains plates to go up to 22lbs is very practical.
