I am a massage therapist and know what a good massage is. I don't always have time to exchange massages with another therapist, so this is a great alternative.
I am impressed with this chair and all its features.
A couple of things I would suggest:
If you don't like deep massage in some areas or the rollers feel too strong, cut a yoga mat to fit the area and reduce the pressure. I had to do that in the feet.
Also the screen is not backlit, so I have a small head flashlight I use to adjust functions

We are impressed for the price. But first off, the main picture with the guy in it is ridiculous. My daughter who is 5' and 90lbs doesn't even look like that. That picture makes this chair look crazy big, it is not. It is a very good size and fits all of us at 5'0", 5'7" and 6'0".
It arrived quickly and was basically fully assembled, just needed a couple minutes to get the foot section ready and the control panel put in place. The wheels on the back make it easy to move around.
We really like the massage features from neck to feet. We don't use the airbag features much but that is just preference, they work and if you like that style then you'll enjoy it with this chair too.
The build quality seems very good. I sat in $5k massage chair at a local furniture store and like this one better. It seems well made and solid.

My wife wishes the heat setting was hotter. But then again, she is always cold.
I wish you could set the feet at an exact extension. It is spring loaded and it works good when I push down but I find it creeps up when I relax and don't push down. Not a big deal at all, just the only other con I could think of.
