Easy to use! One touch to the power button and it immediately begins sensing your body type so you get a good alignment. Sometimes I go thru 2 -20 min cycles to get those "special knots" out. The foot massager is ok, but I love the "anti-gravity" & "help sleep" features the best! Definitely happy with my purchase.

Showed up in perfect condition! Unboxing was easy. We plugged it in and were getting massages within minutes. Interface is easy to use. Zero gravity makes every massage even better. This massage chair works for up to XXL body types although it is a little tight at that point. That is important because some massage chairs online look similar but do not have as much seat width as this one. Very relaxing and well made! If you are looking for a massage chair with a full range of features, this one is definitely a great value for the money.

Good value. Easy to set up and use after experimenting with the touch screen. Haven't used the Bluetooth feature yet since we're usually watching tv while using.
I have difficulty walking and use a wheelchair as a result of back injury from flying military fighter jets, and my wife has a bad back and neck, so we were looking for something therapeutic and relaxing for pain relief. This does just what we were looking for!
Only suggestions for improvement would be more padding in the seat (we solved this by using a dining chair seat cushion) and a drink holder of some sort.
I would think this unit would qualify as a tax-deductible medical expense for therapeutic use, but haven't checked into it yet.

strong sturdy massage chair

My last massage chair was weak and wasn't able to get down deep in my muscles. This chair is strong and sturdy and able to go down deep into my trigger points. It's also able to go all the way up and down my back and through my glutes without me having to move by body. In other words, the SL track is long enough that it will go where I need it. I also like how your able to adjust the width to get exactly where you want. I get these knots on my shoulders so the width adjustment is important for that. Finally, I like that the remote is large enough that you don't have to squint in order to read it. My last massage chair had a small remote that was difficult to read. I highly recommend this massage chair!
