I like the Because overnight underwear. They fit well and don't shed "lint" or fuzzies like others I've tried. I like the fact the mfg. discloses the absorbency capacity (6 cups). The side seams don't tear by themselves like some others I've tried. They are reasonably priced. But I've also found that they will leak overnight, especially when they have absorbed a good amount. I wake up with damp or wet PJs and bed pad. When I sit down after arising & before changing, the seat is wet when I get up from sitting. And I think I now know why. When they have absorbed a good bit and the padding is compressed - like I rolled over at night or something - the "liquid" is squeezed out of the underwear. The padding does not "permanently" hold the liquid. So they end up "leaking" in use. I found this out the other morning when I accidently stepped on the one I was removing. It drained liquid.

I need these temporarily as an injury prevents me from moving quickly enough to get to the bathroom, especially during the night. These have been more helpful than other brands (including hospital brands) in preventing leeks and accidents. Don't know if they actually hold 6 cups of fluid as advertised, but they certainly easily hold my considerable gushes.
